Tween Class
Tween Classes are designed for girls ages 7 - 11 where they'll learn proper exercise technique, nutritional habits, and wellness practices that change every month for continuous fun in fitness and health education!

Teen Class
Teen Classes are designed for girls from ages 12 to 17 to learn basics to advanced techniques in weight lifting, nutrition focused on supporting fitness goals, plus wellness practices for a well balanced program!
